The following Terms of Use are a legal contract between the individual user and Favro Performance & Fabrication Pty Ltd defining rule and acceptable behaviour.

Return/Exchange Policy

Items custom made to order are non-refundable.

Within 30 days of placing your order you may return or exchange faulty or damaged good(s), excluding custom orders. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. All parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled, modified or damaged by incorrect use/installation. 

Evidence of fault/damage, and the item returned at the cost of the customer, will be required to process any form of partial/full refund.

Cost of return freight will be covered by the customer.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors. We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.

Use/Installation Disclaimer

Favro Performance & Fabrication Pty Ltd assumes no legal responsibilities and/or liabilities, whether to your vehicle, engine/motor, person(s) and/or property(s) that result from the use of, or servicing of a motor vehicle of which our product has been installed, or is in the process of being installed and also applies to any other vehicle(s), person(s), property(s), regardless of whether or not our product has any involvement directly or indirectly. The installer and/or user attempting to install and/or use our product, assume all risks of injury, legal responsibilities and/or liabilities whether to person(s), property(s), yourself and/or others. This disclaimer is acknowledged by person(s), user(s), and/or driver whom install, drive and/or use our product. Whether or not product is purchased, given and/or any other means of obtaining our product.​

Modification of Terms

At our discretion, Favro Performance & Fabrication Pty Ltd may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.

Prohibited Conduct

You are solely responsible for your conduct while on our site, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights.

Termination

Favro Performance & Fabrication reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.
