  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Sometimes products need to be returned due to faults or similar reasons. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the goods are faulty or arrive damaged.

     

    A refund, replacement or repair will not be offered if you have substantially modified the product, misused the product or simply changed your mind. Evidence of fault/damage and item return will be required to process your refund, replacement or repair.

     

    Any expenses, such as return freight, relating to the return of your product to store will be paid by the customer.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days from receipt of payment. Shipping time varies between 3 to 6 business days from dispatch date. All shipping and product prices are in $AUD.
